Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and the serial number of your device to start the return process.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your EcoFlow product in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email which you must print and affix to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
